She enjoys exploring, being active, and having a sense of purpose—true to her livestock guardian dog roots. Because of this, Ciri thrives in a home where she has structure, guidance, and a job to do, whether that’s keeping watch over her home or simply being your devoted companion.We think Ciri may do best as the only pet in a home, where she can soak up all the attention and build a strong connection with her family. She can be a bit picky with her canine companions and doesn’t want to have to feel like she has to guard her food, toys, or humans from other dogs. Due to her protective nature, Ciri may be best suited for a home without young children.Ciri’s looking for an experienced adopter who understands guardian breeds and can help guide her with consistent, positive reinforcement training.
