Story
Meet Maggie, a bright, affectionate, and eager-to-please young rescue dog who is ready to find her forever family. Just over a year old and weighing 65 pounds, Maggie is the perfect blend of youthful energy and eager intelligence. From the moment she arrived in her foster home, she impressed everyone with how quickly she learns. She already knows commands like sit, off, and leave it, and she loves showing off her skills for praise or treats. Maggie is also wonderfully adaptable. She took to using the doggie door within minutes, proving just how sharp and intuitive she is. Whether she’s exploring the yard, relaxing inside, or settling into her crate for rest time, Maggie handles transitions with ease and appreciates having predictable routines she can rely on. Social and gentle, Maggie gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play and interact with. She thrives in an environment where she can continue learning, bonding, and picking up new commands—training with her is not only easy but genuinely enjoyable thanks to how quickly she understands what’s being asked of her. Maggie does experience anxiety when left alone in the house, so she needs to be crated for her safety and comfort when unsupervised. Maggie is a loving, intelligent companion who will blossom with a patient, committed family. She’s ready to bring joy, devotion, and her sweet spirit to a home that understands her needs and celebrates her wonderful strengths. Maggie is currently being fostered in a loving home in Seguin, TX, where she’s gaining confidence and practicing her manners every day. She can scale a short fence so a 6 foot fence or higher is recommended. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Buddy — the puppy who feels like a warm hug in dog form. At just two months old, Buddy already has that rare, soul-stealing kind of charm. With his soft, fluffy Newfoundland/Chow Chow mix looks and those piercing eyes that shine straight into your heart, he’s the kind of puppy that makes you stop, smile, and instantly think “Yep… that’s my dog.” He’s unbelievably adorable, calm beyond his age, and has the sweetest presence — the kind that makes your house feel like home the moment he walks in. Watch his YouTube video now to get to know him: https://youtu.be/zhjT_rdmO2w?si=fyWtC-uS6evVCZD5 Buddy is the perfect mix of playful and peaceful. He loves to play and has the cutest, most gentle way of having fun, but once playtime is over, he’s all about belly rubs, cuddles, and soaking up love. He truly enjoys being pet and adored and leans right into affection like he was made for it. Despite being a baby himself, Buddy is incredibly gentle and does amazing living with a one-year-old baby. He’s easy to redirect, patient, and naturally kind, making him a wonderful fit for a family. He also lives happily with other dogs and gets along great with them — playtime, sharing space, and companionship all come naturally to him. And then there’s Buddy’s calm, old-soul side… He lives around chickens and couldn’t care less about them. He’ll literally sit in the chicken coop with you, minding his own business like the polite little gentleman he is. When he’s not playing, he’s extremely calm, relaxed, and content just being near his people. Buddy isn’t just a good puppy, he’s that puppy. The kind you instantly bond with. The kind you fall in love with without trying. The kind you look at and think, “I can’t imagine life without you.” He truly is the best boy ever, and he’s ready to give his whole heart to his forever family.
