Buddy is a one and a half year old Great Pyrenees mix. He came from a farm where he was allowed to roam freely. He was surrendered to FOCCAS because his humans could no longer care for him due to health problems. Buddy is looking for someone to put some time into training him in basic commands and house manners and take him on walks. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Buddy's adoption fee is $275. If transport is needed, there are additional fees to cover department of agriculture requirements and transport, the additional fee adds $300 to the adoption fee (any location out of Tennessee, East Coast, Great Lakes or New England regions)Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org!To Apply Please Copy and Paste to your browser:https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=hb2428&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Story
Meet Jethro!Jethro went to foster. Here's what his foster had to say about him:"Jethro is taking to the crate better than any puppy we've fostered. He's very confident and curious. He's easily the most independent foster we've had, but still seeks out the herd. The breed traits are clear if you're looking for them. When it comes to food, he is definitely more of a grazer but as soon as the kibble goes into a puzzle feeder or snuffle mat he chows down! He loves to play and he's so spunky and LOVES A VENT! I've never seen a dog so enamored with air conditioning. If he goes out of sight, you can always find him laying on a vent. He loves playing with our dogs in the home and is responsive to their communications to give space. He's so smart and is already starting to paw at the back door to go out. He has a strong personality and would benefit from a confident, experienced owner."I am an adorable puppy! Like all puppies, I have a lot of energy and would benefit from a home where I can learn a routine and work on my manners. I am neutered, vaccinated as appropriate for my age, microchipped and heartworm tested. Come meet me! My adoption fee is $249.
