Story
Woodrow is an amazing dog in so many ways. He's healthy, adorable, and too smart for his own good. He enjoys curling up on the couch or bed, stretching in the sunlight, and extra long walks. He's very food motivated and has a willful understanding of basic commands (stay, touch, sit, come, you free, down, and go to your spot) as well as "bear" where he'll hop up on his hind legs. I get stopped and asked about his breed, but unknown. He has been a wonderful companion, but a pending life change means I'm now looking to rehome him. I will pay you to support all his expenses. Unfortunately, Woodrow has had behavioral issues since I first adopted him 12 years ago. Despite living a very pampered life, he is territorial to a fault. He's had some formal training and behaviorist consultation, but remains highly temperamental. While able to accept new people with time and intention, he remains minimally socialized with other dogs or strangers. He needs a loving home that can accept him as he is.
