Story
We are long-time dog owners -- labs, goldens, spaniels, retrievers. When we got Buddy we called him "the perfect dog" -- size, beautiful coat and color, very soft, house trained, will "sit", "come", "lie down" and "kennel up". Our grandchildren all play with him and snuggle up to him. He loves to be with people, nap at your feet, take walks (leash-trained), go to the dog park, lake, and likes to ride in the car. He's very calm (for a 2 year-old), is a good watchdog, eats dry dog food (no mess) with maybe a treat in it from time to time. He loves his squeaky toys, and will choose one to take a nap with. He loves to nap. The perfect dog. It really breaks our hearts to give him up, but my husband has COPD with allergies and breathing problems, and we just can't find a way to keep Buddy because of my husband's increasing medical issues. Buddy is up-to-date on all veterinary procedures, and we can provide papers and records. We are hoping for a good, loving home for Buddy.
