Meet Mason & Lola A Bonded Pair Looking for a Soft Place to Land Mason and Lola are 9-year-old siblings who have spent their entire lives together, and they must remain together. Their bond is truly special — Lola looks to Mason for comfort, confidence, and reassurance in new situations. Watching them interact is honestly the kind of connection you cannot manufacture. Mason is the social butterfly of the pair. He is affectionate, outgoing, and immediately ready to make new friends. Belly rubs? Absolutely. Attention? Yes please. He helps show Lola that the world is safe, and once she sees Mason soaking up love and enjoying his people, her walls slowly come down too. Lola is more reserved at first. She may growl initially to create a little space while she figures you out, but this is rooted in caution — not aggression. She simply needs patience and time. Once she feels secure, she becomes incredibly sweet, offering kisses, accepting pets, and happily participating in treat time. She’s also smart and loves showing off tricks for snacks Both Mason and Lola have some cloudiness in their eyes consistent with age, but they still enjoy life, companionship, and being close to their humans. They will also be shaved down due to matting, so their coats may not look glamorous right away — but underneath is a pair of beautiful little dogs whose hair will grow back wonderfully with proper care and grooming. These two are not looking for chaos, nonstop activity, or a home that expects instant perfection. They need a calm, understanding family willing to let Lola settle at her own pace while Mason works his charm. In return, you’ll get something many people spend years looking for: genuine devotion, companionship, and two little souls who truly love each other.
