Meet Howie. Howie is a gentle Papillon and Pomeranian mix with the sweetest disposition. He is calm, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. He has limited vision from a previous car accident, so he moves thoughtfully and takes in his surroundings in his own way. Even so, he settles in quickly and feels comfortable almost immediately. He trusts people easily and has a naturally steady temperament. Howie is great with kids and does well with cats. He enjoys being part of a family and adapts beautifully to the rhythm of a home. He is happy to curl up in your lap, but he is just as content relaxing on his own. He loves being outside in the sunshine and rolling around in the grass.
