Tyson is 10 years old and very active dog. He is curious, highly aware and intelligent as well. He loves to run, play ball and be at home. He is crate trained and crated, since we had our children he has become overly protective of them. He barks a lot, I would recommend an experienced owner . He doesn’t do well being alone for long periods. Ideal person for this would be someone who is home a lot and doesn’t travel too much. He does have a tendency to get carsick in longer car rides. He is extremely loyal dog, he will literally die for you or family so he is a very good guard dog. He is brave , almost fearless.

FERNANDA: Parson Russell Terrier mix | Spayed Female | 2 years old | 19 lbs Fernanda is a quiet, sweet girl with a soft and loving nature. She shows no signs of aggression and is incredibly gentle and docile. She gets along well with other dogs, sleeps peacefully in a crate, doesn’t bark excessively, and isn’t destructive around the home. Fernanda knows how to walk on a leash and enjoys calm car rides, where she relaxes and takes in the scenery. She was rescued from a beach alongside four other dogs who appeared to be her family. Sadly, it’s believed they were abandoned there and forced to endure rain and freezing cold without any shelter or protection. Despite everything they went through, Fernanda remained trusting and calm. When help arrived, she offered no resistance, making her rescue easy and showing just how loving and resilient she truly is. The best match will be selected and contacted to confirm an appointment at Petsmart in Yorba Linda on Saturday between noon and 3 pm or on a mutually agreeable day, time and place. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. The adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, core vaccinations including rabies and 4 sets of distemper/parvo and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so. Meet Skyler (aka “Sky”) 1.5 years old | 13.6 lbs | Spayed | Jack Russell Terrier mix Sky is a bright, athletic, affectionate little terrier who is ready to take on the world — she just needs someone to show her how. She is adventurous, confident, clever, playful, food-motivated, and full of joyful young dog energy. Sky is the kind of dog who wants to do things — run, learn, play, train, explore — and then crash for a well-earned nap. Personality & Energy Sky is high energy in the best way: Loves fetch, squeaky toys, bully sticks, and training games Enjoys food puzzles and Kongs Can go for walks, play, and train for long stretches Her favorite thing is when you sit on the floor and play with her She’s also very sweet and affectionate — and when you rub her face and ears, her foster says her eyes just melt. Daily Life & Training Sleeps in a crate in the living room at night Crate trained for about 4 hours at a time Potty training is in progress and coming along well — she has an excellent foster helping her learn good habits as they both mesh their schedules together.
