Hi! I’m Schera, a 3-year-old Parson Russell Terrier with a very important life mission: maximum cuddles, minimum personal space. If you sit down, I may be on you. If you lie down, I will be expertly draped across you. This is a skill.
I came to rescue after a big life change (humans call it a divorce; I call it highly inconvenient), which meant I was suddenly separated from my dog siblings. Turns out I’m a social butterfly who really likes company — both human and canine — who knew? Without a canine buddy, I got a little stressed and may have voiced my feelings to the neighbors. Loudly. Repeatedly. Oops. When I’m left solo for long stretches, I sometimes express my feelings through song 🎶 (I’ve been told I have strong opinions). Because of this, I’d do best in a home with:
❤️Stay-at-home companions, or
❤️A single-family home without shared walls, or
❤️Another dog buddy to help keep me company and confident

Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption can be finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175. All residents are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. A secure physically fenced yard is prioritized if a yard is present. Temperament cannot be and is not guaranteed.
