SCOUT IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!    Scout is not here to be in the background. She is the background. And the main character. And probably the narrator too. This white terrier beauty looks like a larger-than-life Parson Russell and has the personality to match. She’s energetic, playful, and adorably talkative. Expect happy wiggles, zoomies, and enthusiastic commentary throughout the day.  She gets along wonderfully with other dogs — big or small — and while cats are VERY exciting, she just wants to engage, not cause trouble. She would thrive in an active home that appreciates her big energy and even bigger heart. Scout wants to be where the action is — preferably right in the middle of it, soaking up attention and giving it right back. She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all dog vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Scout up north to her new family.
