Story
Meet Pika, an 11 year old Pekingese who loves to eat and lay with her person. She is extremely treat-oriented, and loves taking naps on the bed or the couch. Pika grew up with his family of 2 teenagers and 2 adults, her brother GiMo, and 2 cats. Later in life, she grew up around a Morkie and 3 cats. She is not aggressive with teens, adults, cats, or dogs. Unfortunately, one of her owners passed away (my father) suddenly of metastatic bladder cancer. My mother moved into an apartment that did not accept dogs, so I took them in and have been caring for them for a month. I am unable to keep them due to personal circumstances as well as already having 4 pets of my own, so I am looking for a serious and committed adopter for them so they can live out their senior years with the best care. Pika is up to date on shots, and is currently on a prescription Urinary diet. She is bonded to her brother, Giz; so, they will need to be adopted together. These two are such love bugs, adopt today!

Story
Duffy's person passed away and left he and his canine sibling Krista with no one wanting him. He went from being a beloved pet to being brought to a vet to be euthanized! Thankfully the vet contacted us to see if we might help. Of course we said yes! Duffy is a wonderful boy who weighs about 15 lbs and is probably around 8 years young. Duffy is a very sweet boy who is seems to have adjusted pretty well, is housebroken and walks nicely on a lead. He would prefer to be the only dog unless you might also consider adopting his house mate Krista also posted on our site!

Story
Thimble may look like a tiny, shy little puppy in her pictures, but don't let the camera fool you. The moment the camera comes out, Thimble suddenly becomes bashful. Put the camera away, though, and she turns right back into the happy, spunky little puppy she really is. At around 3 months old and weighing only about 3 pounds, Thimble spends her days bouncing from dog to cat to dog, playing with everyone she meets. She gets the cutest little zoomies and approaches life with the joyful confidence that only puppies seem to have. She is a sweet little Maltese mix who gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. Her tiny size makes her extra adorable, but she has enough personality packed into those 3 pounds to keep everyone smiling. Because of her young age and tiny size, Thimble has not yet been spayed. Her adopter will need to provide proof of spay in 2027 once she is old enough and large enough for the procedure. Good fit: someone looking for a tiny, playful puppy who will bring lots of fun, affection, and laughter into their home. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport) Health: Vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Meet Jake 😍 This adorable lowrider is a 5 year old 32 lbs pitbull pekingese mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Jake is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He has a fun silly personality,  loves peanut butter, going for walks, playing tug of war, cuddling up with his people and one of his favorite things is “singing” along with you when the mood strikes. Jake is looking for an adult only home. Sadly he was shot at by kids with BB guns when we rescued him 4 years ago. So Kids scare him and he needs a calm home without kids and preferably as your only dog. He can be fine with other dogs but is selective. Jake would thrive with someone who appreciates his goofy, loving, silly nature and is looking for a loyal companion to share daily adventures and snuggles. The adoption fee is $275.  We require adopters to have a safe and secure backyard - not electric or Fido fences as they are not as safe at containing dogs or keeping other animals or people out. For these reasons we do not adopt to homes with electric or Fido fencing. Jake is neutered and microchipped.
