String Bean is a precious 5-year-old Pekingese/Poodle mix who came to us from an overcrowded situation where there were simply too many dogs and not enough care, and despite it all, he has such a gentle, hopeful spirit. He does well with other dogs and would love a home where he can have a canine friend, but most of all he needs a family who will offer him patience, consistency, and lots of tender loving care as he learns what it feels like to be truly safe and valued. String Bean is ready to leave his past behind and start a new chapter filled with warmth, kindness, and unconditional love with someone who will cherish him for the rest of his life.

Peke Mix Marcus came to us from a kill shelter in Indiana where he ended up by no fault of his own. This is a nice, friendly boy who is good with people & other dogs. He is very sweet & happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. His approx. birth date is 08/08/25 and he currently weighs 12# full grown.He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is also heart worm & tick illness negative. His adoption donation is $400 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card.
