Hi, I'm Takota. 🐾❤️ I'm looking for my forever home. My family loves me very much, but I'm just not the right fit with the other dogs in our home. They want what's best for me, and that means helping me find a family where I can thrive. I'm at least 5 years old, but no one knows my exact age because I was rescued from a reservation in North Dakota. I may be a little older since I've started losing some teeth. I'm a sweet, cuddly boy who loves giving kisses. I get along with dogs, kids, and cats (although I might chase a cat if it runs!). Loud voices, especially from tall men, can make me nervous, so I do best with patience, gentle voices, and lots of love. If you think we might be a good match, please send my family a message. Penelope is a very good companion. She’s loving, calm, great temperament and great with children as well as other dogs. I have to relocate and unfortunately have to downsize. I would need to meet with any potential adopters (in person or video chat) because it is my desire that she’s placed with a great loving family that will treat her with the loving kindness she deserves.
