Meet Penny 💛🐾
Penny, who is 4-years-old, is a sweet, yet cautious, adult cat looking for her furr-ever home. She may need a little patience and time to fully adjust, but once she feels safe, her loving personality truly shines.
This beautiful four-year-old medium-haired Calico had a rough start when she was surrendered — her coat was so matted it had to be shaved. The good news? It’s growing back soft and lovely, and she actually enjoys being brushed, making grooming a wonderful bonding experience.
Penny is full of charm and character. She often begins purring just knowing you’re in the room — a sign of her naturally affectionate heart. Even more uniquely, she sometimes wags her tail like a dog, an uncommon and endearing trait that makes her extra special.
She has been exposed to both cats and dogs and doesn’t seem threatened, showing she can adapt well with proper introductions.
If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who will bring warmth, personality, and a little joyful quirkiness into your life, Penny might just be your perfect match. 💕
Penny is a long hair Calico who is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped.
Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchips, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time.
