Persian kittens & cats in Rogers, Arkansas

Leo was a "found" cat. He was observed outside for 3 weeks before being taken in. He is a very loving cat, but not a cuddle cat buddy. He likes head scratches, but nothing over his body. He will sit on your lap, lay by your feet, follow you around and enjoy laying by your side - but no cuddles or touches on his body. This makes him very unhappy and he will growl, hiss, bunny kick and occassionally try to bite or scratch. He is truly a beautiful boy, and an experienced cat-parent will be able to truly help and support this boy. I was not told about his behavior before adopting him, and I sure would have liked to know. My heart has already truly fallen in love with Leo, but I cannot give him what he needs as a first time cat/pet owner. I hope that someone will take him on and love him the way he deserves. He will come with litter box, scratch tower, toys, a bed and some blankets - and foodstuffs.
