Born in March 2020, this beautiful Blue Persian came from the same backyard breeding situation where dozens of cats were living without proper care, love, or dignity. Thanks to St. Johns County Animal Control and Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue, Vesper now has a second chance at the life he always deserved. And unlike some of the others, Vesper has held onto his gentle, loving nature in the most incredible way. He is a sweet, kind boy who genuinely enjoys people. He leans into affection, welcomes attention, and doesn’t carry the same level of fear that many of his friends from that situation do. While his past wasn’t kind, it hasn’t defined him—he’s chosen to stay open, trusting, and full of quiet affection. If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a purebred Persian, Vesper is that dream—but with a story that makes him even more special. He’s not just beautiful, he’s resilient. Vesper does well with people and brings a calm, loving presence wherever he goes. Cowboy is a great (big) guy who came to us as a tiny kitten. He’s a real lover, but is now spending all of his time under beds and tucked behind a doggy gate from our current great Dane. We don’t feel that he has a great quality of life, and that’s he lonely. He does sleep with us, and you just can’t go to the bathroom without him wandering through your legs. He’s very vocal and purrs all the time! When Cowboy first came to live with us he got along very well with our older great Dane. Cowboy is not having any part of our new dog, which means we have to separate them. We want Cowboy to have a family where he has free reign and lots of love. That’s just not our house anymore. If you can provide a great home for cowboy, we would love to talk with you. Litter box, food bowls, toys and cat tree go with him.

Need to rehome my F6 Savannah cat. She’s 7 years old.

Jim is a great house cat with a kind demeanor and he wants as much attention as you are able to give him. He is not a fan of dogs. He is very easy to take care of with a litter box, does not want to go outside, and has caused no trouble in our house for almost two years. We would love to keep him but our Yellow Labrador, Arnold, has been with us for a longer time and unfortunately Jim does not appear to enjoy living with Arnold and us, as we rarely see him except for when the dog is asleep. He comes with up to date vaccinations and can be delivered in the North Florida area for free. We just want him to have a good home.
