Meet Louise, a beautiful 3½-year-old Persian doll-face looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, comfortable, and happy again. She’s very independent with a strong personality, not your typical cuddly, social cat. She prefers to keep to herself and enjoys affection on her own terms. After another cat joined our home last year, Louise has become very stressed, frightened, and withdrawn, spending much of her time hiding. We believe she would do best in a quiet home without other cats, where she can decompress and have her own space. A home with calm, well-trained pets may be considered, but a cat-free home is likely best. Louise needs someone patient who understands that she may take time to trust. She needs her boundaries respected and the freedom to come out of her shell at her own pace. More than willing to take her back if the fit isn’t right for your home.
