We are caring for Mia after her owner had to relocate out of state. Mia is 8 years old. Her first owner had kept her locked inside of her kennel for most of his ownership with her. This has made an impact on her growth. She is a purebred husky, but very small. She has been with her last owner for about 7 years. She is shy and easily startled before she warms up to people. We are looking for a calm and caring home with people who are willing to show a little patience while caring for her. She is treat motivated (a great way to build her trust) and likes to bounce around when she has the zoomies. She does wonderfully with cats, other dogs, and kids. She does fine with brushing and likes to relax with people on the couch.

Like any typical husky, Kaneki loves being outside, playing with his toys, talking, and being a sassy boy! Although the smile will surely win your heart, we are recommend an adult only home for this boy. He has done well with other dogs but wouldn't mind being the only pup as well.
