The lady calls me Petals. Like "flower Petals". I'm a beautiful girl who was wandering in an industrial area dragging my leash. I growled at the lady, but I'm not mean. I was just so scared... I have tags, but they only show where I got my shots, so the lady took me to the shelter to find my parents. The shelter was scary, but they found I have a chip! So we called my parents, but... they said they weren't missing a dog, and... they hung up... the shelter tried to take me away, but the lady took me home and said she would help me find a forever family, so I won't go back to that scary place. I love cuddles! So MUCH cuddles! And I don't chew what I'm not supposed to. Unless it's stuffed animals. But I don't chew furniture! And I love playing outside! And I love kids and other dogs and... I really hope you'll love me a much as I'll love you.

She's a sweet girl that's always ready to cuddle. She spend most of her day following you around the house or on her blanket. She's a 3 year old mixed breed (mostly pit bull) that was rescued from a shelter. She's friendly to other people and kids but have a mixed reaction to other dogs.

Maggie is so attached to her people! She is a typical German Shepherd and wants her person at her side. She absolutely loves attention and affection. She does amazing on leash and is well kenneled trained. She can scale any size fence or enclosure to be with her people! At her current home the fences are 6 foot and gates are 4 foot and she stays in her yard as long as she has a dog friend or her person but she should not be trusted outside alone. She loves to run and play with dog friends of all sizes and ages. She is very submissive if a friend tells her they are done playing, she will back off. THIS GIRL IS FULL OF ENERGY! We think she may have a touch of Malinois in her. She loves to bounce and run. She would be a fantastic running or hiking buddy. She loves to dunk in her bucket and play with her bowl so she might even be a fantastic lake girl. Maggie was brought to us from an amazing foster from another rescue who pulled her from the OKC shelter. She was very fearful and scared and first so she was very reserved and shy. With plenty of one on one handling and lots of love and affection she has learned that there are good people in the world and she wants nothing more than to give her little heart to one perfect person who will love her forever. She is very attentive to her surroundings and protects her yard with a loud scary bark. Story
This rescue kiddo is new to us, coming from one of our partner rescues. We will update info and pictures as received. Mary is a sweet 3 year old girl that wants nothing more than a family of her own. She is currently staying with a partner rescue of ours with tons of large friends. She isn’t a fan of cats at all but they say she would do well with children but caution should always be taken with any introductions. She has lived a large chunk of her life in rescue and has great kennel manners. Potty training is down as long as she knows where she is supposed to go. Potty training is always a learning curve at a new place for rescues for a bit. Every animal in both rescues are fully vaccinated, sterilized and microchipped.
