Story
Dog was unofficially rescued at 8 weeks old. We have had Harper for 3 years with two cats and two children. She is very protective of the children and does not like strangers near them and we have a lot of kids coming in and out of the house. She can be very sweet with just us as a family but we cant risk aggression towards children. She will do best in a house without children as she thrives on calm and routine.

Story
We inherited/fostered Hebe from an Army vet. The original owner had 4 dogs that she did not socialize with other pets or humans outside her home. She only let the dogs out in her fenced in backyard. During Hebe's time with us (4 months) we had her microchipped, spayed, and shots up to date. She now wears a collar and is being taught to walk on a leash. Her birthdate is 10/17/22 She knows the commands of sit, down, place, heel, kennel, release/drop (ball/toy), take it (food), gentle (when taking treats from the hand). Hebe has anxiety and fear aggression to humans and other animals. We are currently working with a trainer to help her overcome this behavior. She is also on Prozac. She requires a single adult or couple without children and other animals. Someone who knows the behavior of German Shepherds and can continue her training. Hebe LOVES to play ball and I believe would do well in agility training too. Her crate, toys, bowls & other belongings will be given at adoption.
