Story
Grizzly is a 11 year old husky pitbull mix. Growing up, my husband had his parents (mom was a husky, dad was the pitbull) and we chose grizzly out of her first litter. He’s been with us every step of the way navigating life through highschool, college and now as adults. Unfortunately, he has not come to like our toddler and our son is our #1 priority. I want to give grizzly the attention he deserves but I can’t give that to him right now. He loves going on walks and runs. He still has a lot of energy for being his age. He’s up to date on all health maintenance through pet smart, he’s microchipped and he gets groomed on a monthly basis. It breaks my heart having to do this, but it’s what’s best for us and grizzly. I want him to go to a family who can give him what he needs, preferable an older couple or someone with older kids that would be able to play or take him on walks. I believe smaller children are too overstimulating for him.
