Chuck is the man! At only 11lbs, Chuck has the hutzpah of a dog three times his size! He came from a hoarding situation/house fire and is extremely nervous and cautious around people, but finds himself more comfortable around dogs his size, as he came to us with a couple of housemates. Now that he`s on his own, it`s going take him a bit of time to trust, as he came to us from that rough situation. But Chuck IS smart, and with training and treats, it should be easy for him to learn, and he may benefit from learning from a confident dog that knows all the ways to be a good pup. So we highly recommend he go into a home with another dog to be his buddy. If you have another dog, we highly recommend bringing them along to meet, and see how they do together. Chuck just needs a chance to prove what a great little guy he can be! (Chuck will require multiple meet and greets to ensure he is comfortable with his new adopters.) This sweet Pea is 13lbs of playful good energy! He loves to go on walks with our staff and volunteers, and we hope his adopters keep him active and playful, because that`s what he loves to do! This handsome boy gets along great with people and other playful pups, but doesn`t seem to be the biggest fan of bigger dogs. If you have another dog, we always recommend bringing them along to meet. Beto means `noble`, and our sweet senior chihuahua man is exactly that! He`s a very sweet boy when he wants to be, and gets along well with other dogs that are his speed, and let him be the boss. But Beto may just prefer to be the only dog in the house, and especially one without young children. Beto is a great senior pup, and is looking for his final furever home to be one where he`ll be given as much love as he deserves, and he deserves A LOT!(Beto does have a special diet for his skin allergies, so a medical waiver must be signed during his adoption.)
