Polydactyl/Hemingway kittens & cats in Oakley, California

Hi everyone, my name is Sunset. I am not sure about my age, but my foster mom thinks that I am 4-5 y/o. I passed a difficult time living in the street. Some bad people dumped in the neighborhood. I experienced a really cold winter this season and I was close to many dangers. A new neighbor built me an isolated house and gave food every day. She took me to the vet and he said I'm spayed! Then my new foster mom gave me a nice bed, food, and a place to live while I'm waiting for my forever family. I am super playful, lovely, friendly, and sweet with people and other cats. I live with a senior Maltipoo, and we have a good relationship. I think that I am ready to find a forever family. I eat homemade food, but I could be adapted to other foods slowly to prevent gastrointestinal upset. Eddie has extra toes and needs bi-weekly nail trims. We have two small/medium dogs who are gentle and social with cats. We always have someone home.

Hi! I'm MINK. I'm 8 weeks old and have extra toes! They call me a polydactyle and tell me I am super special. I'm white with a couple grey spots and have short hair. I can into he Stanislaus animal shelter and was rescued by OKR in the nick of time. See, I curreently have ringwoorm, which sounds scary, but it's not a worm. It's a fungus, but the problem is, it's airborn, so I can't be in a crouded shelter or al the other kittens might get it. OKR helped get me out of there and I am now on medication. Once the Vet clears me to go home, you can come get me.  NOTE: OKR kittens come to us from backyards, barns, bushes, garages, shelters, and the streets. We help them heal physically and emotionally, so they are ready for their furever homes. Most of our kittens are under a year old, with a few adults available. We expose many OKR kittens to dogs, other cats, toddlers, and the dreaded vacuum! After three vaccines, our kittens are welcome into the kitten clubhouse, where they meet all their new friends.  Some of our kittens are spayed/neutered before adoption. If the kitten you choose is not yet spayed/neutered, we will notify you of the next available surgery date and the cost is covered as part of the adoption fee.  We want our adopters to have every opportunity to bond with their new fur baby. We have the FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM that allows you to adopt a kitten before it has been spayed/neutered and has at least 1 FVRCP vaccines. To adopt a kitten, the adoption fee must be paid in full and the kitten must be brought to their pre-scheduled spay/neuter appointment. Our goal is to send you home with a healthy, happy, well-cared-for kitten, so we offer more services to accomplish that goal. Each kitten will receive up to 3 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, parasite and flea treatments, a nail trim, and microchipped.  Adoption Fee: $250 with a few exceptions of breed and color from $325 as listed. If you want to place a HOLD on any kitten, the NON-REFUNDABLE hold fee is 50% of the adoption fee. We will then remove the listing and hold the kitten for you. Curious and outgoing, Chip is as sweet as his chocolate chip name implies. A touch shy at first, the way to his heart is sweet talk, chicken treats and tall perches to survey his kingdom. Did I mention that this guy has extra toes?!

World class athlete Dale is graceful and has lightning reflexes. His sleek stature and polydactyl thumbs help him race around during his play time shenanigans. Behind this athletic exterior is a heart full of sweetness and a very healthy appetite. Dale can be a bit reserved at first but in no time he'll be coming out for treats, attention and pets.
