Meet Surf! This one year old Chihuahua mix loves to explore and play. If you're looking for a little guy full of personality, Surf is your guy! He's friendly, full of energy, and ready for an adventure! Surf is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. You can meet him at CASPCA between the hours of 12PM and 6PM daily, no appointment necessary. For more information, please email adoptions@caspca.org.

Story
Alfie is an adorable Pomeranian who is great with other dogs; big or small, is used to cats, and great with kids. Alfie is a great dog but can be a runner- he’s always come back but he definitely loves to explore on the farm. He would benefit greatly from a fenced yard. He is not food motivated to listen either. He does like people food and if he gets it he will growl and snap if you try to take it away. That’s the only time I’ve ever seen him be aggressive and he’s never actually bit me when I take the food but it’s something to be mindful of. The vet said it’s typical behavior but to be aware. The main reason we are rehoming him is because we are moving across the country to a busy city and living in a condo and Alfie gets terrible car sickness and anxiety. Even with meds and not eating he will still get sick. Im also worried since he is a runner he’s going to get hit by a car since he’s used to the country. Alfie would benefit being with someone who is retired and not moving.
