Story
Sunny is a 1-year-old, 10-pound Pomeranian mix with a gentle heart and so much potential just waiting to shine. When he first arrived, Sunny was shy, unsure, and still learning that people can be kind. Since then, he has slowly begun to open up, showing more confidence every day and revealing the sweet, loving dog he truly is. Sunny gets along well with other dogs and is also cat-friendly. He would do best in a home with older children who can understand and respect his need for patience and gentle handling. While he is friendly, Sunny tends to gravitate more toward women and takes a little time to build trust with new people. Having spent much of his life on his own, Sunny is looking for a family that can give him what he's missed most—love, attention, and companionship. He needs adopters who understand that trust takes time and are willing to let him move at his own pace. In return, they'll have the privilege of watching him blossom into the happy, confident dog he was always meant to be. Sunny's ideal family will be patient, understanding, and committed to helping him continue his journey. If you're looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give him the time and support he needs, Sunny may be the perfect addition to your home. Could you be the forever family Sunny has been waiting for? Adoption Fee: $450 Please Note: All potential adopters must be open to a home check and provide vet records to confirm that any dogs in the household are spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Story
Bear is a 6-year-old Pomeranian rescued from a rural shelter and he currently lives in a foster home with other little dogs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations but he is heartworm positive and is currently going thru slow treatment due to his size. Treatment is a once-a month heartgard med and we are able to provide the med until he is cleared. No hard play for him but little walks and roaming in the back yard are great. Bear is very laid-back and independent. He does not need to be groomed as he has fairly short hair but he is combed daily. He is good with other dogs. He has improved tremendously but he still has accidents in the house and sometimes wears a diaper. An all-adult quiet and patient family would be perfect for this charming little guy. We are located in Palm City, FL and we'll accept only local applications (Martin, St Lucie, North Palm Beach) as he must finish his Heartworm treatment with his vet in Stuart (all paid by the rescue)

Story
Otter is a sweet, sensitive Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix who forms strong bonds with his people and thrives in a calm, stable environment. His main challenge is separation anxiety, which began last year after the loss of my older dog, Soma, whom he had lived with since puppyhood, and worsened after changes in our living situation. Otter would do best with someone experienced with anxious dogs who can offer patience, consistency, and reassurance as he adjusts. He may benefit from a calm, older, non-reactive dog companion, as steady energy helps him feel secure. He is also very anxious during car rides, so a home without frequent travel would be ideal. Because of ongoing stress in my current multi-dog household, I’ve made the difficult decision to find Otter a home where he can feel relaxed, secure, and emotionally settled. Once comfortable, he is incredibly loving, affectionate, and loyal. My priority is finding him a patient, stable home where he can truly thrive and enjoy being a dog.
