This sweet boy may be a little slow to warm up, but give him about three days and you'll have a best friend for life. Once he trusts you, he's affectionate, loving, curious, and convinced that personal space is completely overrated! He can be nervous in new situations and is looking for a quiet, patient home that will help him build confidence as he explores the big, exciting world around him. The good news? He's highly treat-motivated and eager to learn when positive reinforcement is involved. He is potty trained when kept on a consistent routine and does best with structure. While he isn't a fan of crates, he settles nicely in a small exercise pen when needed. This little guy is searching for someone who will give him the time, patience, and encouragement he needs to blossom. In return, you'll get a devoted companion who will happily stick by your side through it all. If you're looking for a loving shadow who just needs a chance to shine, he may be the perfect match for you! Hello wonderful humans! My name is Kip, and I'm a 6-year-old Pomeranian mix boy weighing in at a perfect 12 pounds of pure love. I've been told I'm quite the charmer…from the moment we meet, consider yourself my new favorite person in the whole wide worldl! When visitors come to my foster home, I give them the full Kip welcome package: tail wagging so fast it could power a small city, happy dances, and my very best "I'm-so-glad-you're-here" face. Foster mom says I'm kind of her furry shadow. Wherever she goes, there I am, looking up with hopeful eyes that say, "Pets, please?" And when I really want to seal the deal, I'll roll right over to offer my belly—it's my absolute favorite spot for scratches! Sometimes I even "talk" a little when I'm feeling especially chatty or want your attention. I’m housebroken (I do best on a regular potty schedule) and I’m getting along great with the doggies in my foster home. I would do ok with older (12 and up), dog-savvy kids. I don’t have an opinion on cats but I might like them. I enjoy a good game of fetch and Foster Mom says I am a king ball stealer! I have my favorite toys, but I must admit I'm in it for the love too. Sure, I'll chase the ball, but then I'm racing right back for more attention from you. After zooming around the yard, I'll trot right back for some quality petting time. At bedtime, I'm flexible! I love snuggling in bed, but sometimes I enjoy my space underneath it too. It's like having my own little cave—the best of both worlds! Want to make me the happiest pup around? Hi there, I’m Timmy, and I’m basically a stuffed animal that came to life — just fluffier and way more fun! I’m a 10-year-old Pomeranian mix boy weighing in at a mighty 12 lbs, and I am here to be your new best friend. Life is good when you’re chill like me. I’m happiest just hanging out in the same room as my favorite people — usually parked right at your feet. Unless you’re in the kitchen. In that case, I have very important supervisory duties to attend to. I don’t beg (I have standards), but I do make sure any dropped food is promptly handled. Consider it a service I provide. I’m housebroken, crate trained, and great on leash — though I’ll be upfront: if you ever let go, I will make a break for it. Luckily, speed is not exactly my superpower. I’m a dream in the car (nap time!), and I get along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, cats, and people. I haven’t spent much time around kids, but honestly, I’m so laid back that I think we’d get along just fine. Fair warning: I’m not a bath fan. But brushing afterward? Chef’s kiss. I also recently got a little DIY trim around my eyes so I could see properly — my foster mom has many talents. Spoiler alert: everyone who meets me falls a little bit in love.
