Story
Are you looking for a perfect "Pomski"? Look no further! Dakota is here and available for adoption, and he would really like to find his forever home soon. Dakota is a senior Pomeranian x Husky mix, born 3/27/15. You would never know he is 11.5 years old by looking at him. He is active, healthy, and loves to play and go on walks. He enjoys human attention and soaked up all of the love at our recent adoption event. Dakota has been cat and dog tested, and overall does really well -- but can be the fun police and a bit of a grump with other dogs at times. We think he could live with dogs in the right home, but would also be happy as an only dog. Dakota is housetrained, rides great in the car, and is just an all around good boy. He is ~40 lbs and is a heavy shedder. Dakota's adoption fee is $150 and he is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Story
Sesame is a sweet, laid-back Pomsky/Pomeranian mix born May 18, 2020. His mother is a Pomsky and his father is a Pomeranian. He was purchased from Petland, and I can provide his adoption certificate and pet disclosure statement. I will also cover the cost of his final vet visit before adoption.Sesame has no bite history and is not generally aggressive. However, he prefers his personal space. I have a very social toddler who is still learning boundaries, and Sesame has occasionally growled or snapped when overwhelmed. For this reason, I believe he would be happiest in a home with adults or older children who understand how to interact gently and respectfully with dogs.He is a quiet, relaxed dog who loves eating, lounging on the couch, being part of the family, and getting scratches behind his ears. He is house-trained and used to freely roaming the home. I am also open to trial days to make sure Sesame and his new family are a good fit.
