Story
Petra is a female 7 year old 55 pound Husky/German Shepard mix looking for a great place to call home. She is house trained and knows basic commands. Petra loves to lay on the floor or couch next to you and will follow you everywhere. Petra loves to run and hike too, she will hike a mile no problem. Even at 7 years old she wants to run and walk more than any other dog I have.  The Husky in her calls for her to be an adventurer so she is a  jumper and will need a 6 ft wooden fence to ensure she will not get out and explore on her own. She loves to ride in the car and go places but also enjoys just sitting at home and napping. Good with cats and dogs. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This is a list of the current animals available for adoption from Krewe de Rescue.  If you would like to meet an animal we have available for adoption, please fill out the adoption application.  All fields must be filled out for application to submit properly.  If a field does not apply to you, please enter N/A in the field. Adoption Application adoption application >>>  Koda is an angel pup. She is a perfectly unique tripod with different color eyes and she’s ready for adoption! She had a back leg amputated in December and has recovered seamlessly. She loves to run and play with her foster siblings and doesn’t miss a beat! She is good with adults, children, cats and other dogs. She does well on a leash and has almost mastered potty training with a kennel and doggie door. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, spay and microchip. Please see adoption application link in comments.
