Story
Doug is a happy boy with a goofy disposition. His previous owner found him wandering the forest of the North Georgia mountains while there for work. Unfortunately, he encountered health issues and was no longer able to care for Doug. Doug came to me with no veterinary care, no microchip, and had not been neutered. He’s now been evaluated by his veterinarian, neutered, fully vaccinated, and given a clean bill of health. His age and breed is a mystery. The veterinarian estimates around a year old. He loves cuddles and loves to play. He is excitable and mouthy during play. He uses his mouth to play and nip, which may scare children that are not used to being around dogs like that. Since his neuter he has been much more calm with children and other dogs. He is crate trained and is very fond of the crate. He is not house trained. He likes to explore but is not a runner. He also thrives outdoors so a large fenced yard is preferred.
