Meet Shorty, a 10-year-old male black and tan Pomeranian mix whose owner had to surrender him due to health issues. Although he is a little shy initially, Shorty is a friendly, playful little guy. He gets along well with other dogs and seems to like most people, although he would not be a good fit for small children.
