Asteria is a shining little star just waiting to brighten someone’s home. This charming girl has already captured the hearts of her foster family with her cuddly, playful personality and gentle nature. She’s happiest curled up close to her people (ideally on your lap) soaking up all the snuggles she can get. Asteria is also wonderfully easygoing in many situations; she’s great on car rides, doesn’t tend to bark much, and has quickly made friends with the other dog in her foster home.Asteria is already off to a fantastic start with her training. She is house trained and kennel trained, and she’s making good progress with her leash skills. Like any young dog, she’ll still need a family willing to continue practicing these skills with patience and consistency as she grows. Asteria does well with other dogs and has been respectful with cats when proper boundaries are in place. While she hasn’t spent much time around children yet, her gentle and affectionate nature suggests she would likely do well with respectful kids and proper introductions.Asteria truly is a special girl.
