Ramen is a 5.5 month old male Husky/Bully/Border Collie mix who has mesmerizing good looks! Currently weighing in at approximately 26 pounds, we estimate that he will be a 40 pound adult, give or take! He is leggy and athletic and has THE GREATEST EYES EVER.Ramen came to us with his brother Wonton from the Columbiana County Humane Society. He and all of his siblings (some already adopted prior to us bringing any to Angels) we rescued from poor living conditions and we are so thankful to CCHS for watching out for the animals of Columbiana County! BRAVO! He is a pretty confident boy who still has occasional moments of insecurity. He is a bit more outgoing than his brother Wonton, but occasionally, new things can make him a little leery. We have no doubt that with some time, structure, rules and exposure, Ramen will gain all the confidence he needs to take on the world and be the best boy EVER. Ramen seems to be fine with other dogs, would likely do fine with kiddos (respectful ones anyway!), and while cats are a mystery to him, we think with some training and some boundaries, he could learn to live with them, especially introduced at this young age. He will be an active boy who will need a family willing to play, walk, hike - have fun and go on adventures! He is doing pretty well on a leash and learning more every single day. Bright and willing to please, Ramen will be a fun dog to spend all your free time with! Like any puppy, Ramen is going to need work with house training, crate training, obedience and socialization. He is pretty food motivated and training should be a breeze. All in all he is a cool puppy with tons of innate intelligence - which means big fun for many many years to come! With a family dedicated to showing him the world and all the wonderful things to experience and see, the possibilities for this boy are endless! Ramen is nearly ready for his new home. This enchanting floppy eared creature is Kevin! Kevin is a 15 week old male Husky/Treeing Walker Coonhound mix (I mean, maybe?) who is a boppy poppy happy to meet you young man. Currently weighing in at about 25 pounds, Kev will likely be around a 60 pound adult. We aren`t sure who wouldn`t IMMEDIATELY fall in love with that gorgeous face, but if you haven`t already, just move it on along because we aren`t sure what is wrong with you! Kevin is sweet, playful, excellent on a leash (ALREADY), brilliant, trainable, and everything one could want in a lug of a squishy pup. He has a beautiful singing voice, and while you won`t likely hear it all that often (he`s just not a super noisy fellow, surprisingly) if you`re lucky, you will get to sing a long every so often. This dude needs to romp and roll, hang with the fam, and be someone`s bro. Since he is a baby puppy, Kevin will need all the puppy things like obedience training and more socialization (though he is already quite the social butterfly). At his tender age he is not completely house trained, but someone at some point, did some sort of work with him because he will often wait for a walk to eliminate rather than go in his kennel. This little love has the right idea already! He loves toys, treats and everything in-between. He would likely do well with kids, other dogs, and with some training and direction, cats. Our boy Wonton is a 5 1/2 month old male Husky/Bully/Border Collie mix who got the lion`s share of the bully looks out of his little family. Brother Ramen and siblings adopted prior to coming to Angels, were a little different from this stunning squishy sweetheart. Wonton definitely got the short gene! Weighing in currently at about 26 pounds, we anticipate he will be about 40 pounds full grown, give or take. Honestly, he might be smaller....Wonton and Ramen (brother) came to us via the Columbiana County Humane Society. They were thankfully and gratefully saved from a terrible life and given a second chance by CCHS. Wonton is definitely a little more shy than his brother, but oh so sweet. It takes him a minute - but once he knows you are his friend, he cannot press his adorable little body close enough to you. Almost as if he is giving you a hug and begging for one in return. That`s what he craves, really. Closeness, love, snuggles, security. For sure, he is going to take some time and patience to get him comfortable - but we believe the end result will be well worth it. He just hasn`t been exposed to very much, likely hid behind his `taller` siblings and faded a bit into the background. We want to make sure he gets his opportunity to shine.Wonton seems to be fine with other dogs, if slightly submissive. He would do best in a home with a little less activity, at least for the time being. Too much too fast might hinder rather than help. We fully believe that given a little bit of time, structure and socialization, he will be able to handle most anything. Cats are an unknown but with some training he could likely learn how to treat them right! Toddlers might be a little overwhelming for him, but older respectful kids would be right up his alley. Like any puppy, Wonton will need the basics of house training, crate training, obedience training and socialization. He really does need to see all the things and experience the world in order to build his confidence and realize his potential. Honestly? Sky`s the limit with this one. He is going to be a devoted and loyal companion, and we anticipate he will bond strongly with his people. If mutual adoration is something you look for in a companion, you will find it here.
