🐾✨ Meet Kodiak ✨🐾 If you've always loved Huskies but weren't quite sure about the endless talking, chaos, and mischief that often comes with them, Kodiak might just be your perfect match. At 10 years young, this handsome Siberian Husky brings all the charm, personality, and adventurous spirit of the breed, with the bonus of knowing when it's time to settle down and relax. He's the best of both worlds. Kodiak is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves people and enjoys spending time with other dogs. He'd be thrilled to have a playful canine companion in his forever home, but his favorite thing might just be heading out on an adventure. The moment he realizes he's going for a walk or a car ride, he breaks into an adorable happy prance that never fails to make people smile. This water-loving boy is happiest with his paws wet, whether that's splashing in a kiddie pool, standing in a stream, or finding any excuse to cool off on a warm day. And while he still has plenty of pep in his step and the occasional zoomies, he's also crate trained, well-mannered, and surprisingly quiet for a Husky. Kodiak spent much of his life missing out on the things every dog deserves, but he hasn't let that dampen his spirit. He's embracing every new experience with enthusiasm and is ready to spend the next chapter of his life making memories with a family of his own. If you're looking for a loyal adventure buddy, a water enthusiast, and a best friend who still has plenty of life left to live, Kodiak is ready to meet you. ❤️

Story
Meet Lily! 💛 Lily is a 2.5-year-old spayed female shepherd/husky mix who absolutely LOVES her canine friends! In fact, she loves them so much that we are requiring a canine companion in her adoptive home. 🐾 Lily can be a little timid when out in public, but she gains confidence with a buddy by her side. She is currently working on improving her leash skills, and she is both house trained and crate trained (as long as she has a furry friend nearby). She has been staying in a room at our facility and has done wonderfully with her minimal freedom. She hasn’t been destructive or vocal, and despite being part husky, she didn’t inherit their famous talking skills! Lily is quiet and rarely makes a peep. 😊 One of Lily’s favorite things? Car rides! 🚗💨 If the car is moving, that window needs to be cracked so she can feel the wind on her nose. Lily isn’t a “snuggle-bug” who wants to curl up on the couch, but she does enjoy affection. She loves being stroked, accepts hugs, enjoys ear scratches, and absolutely melts for belly rubs. When she dances over and drops a toy at your feet, she’s asking you to play! Because of her timid nature, we feel Lily would thrive in an adult home with: 🐾 A calm environment with minimal traffic 🐾 A secure fenced yard 🐾 A confident canine friend to show her the world is a wonderful place
