Not only does she have a wonderful personality, but she has the most beautiful and unique eyes — one brown eye and one blue eye! Talk about being one-of-a-kind! Skye absolutely LOVES going for rides and makes the perfect co-pilot! She especially enjoys trips to Tractor Supply and Lowe’s, where she is perfectly behaved walking through the stores on her leash. She’s ready to go wherever her people are going! A Few of Skye’s Favorite Things: Going on car rides Shopping trips to Tractor Supply & Lowe’s Lying in bed watching TV with her people Spending time with her family Hanging out with other dogs Getting along with cats Meeting new people Skye is friendly with people, good with children, dogs, and cats, and she walks nicely on a leash and is potty trained. She has the perfect mix of fun-loving adventure buddy and cozy snuggle companion! One minute she’s ready to hop in the car and go shopping, and the next she’s perfectly content curled up in bed watching TV with her favorite people. Skye is ready to find her forever family! Special Needs: • Strict Adult-Only: Fast-moving household activity overwhelms her. She cannot be around children or other pets. • Severe Pica: She compulsively eats non-food items (blankets, towels, soft toys, hair). For her physical safety, her kennel must be left completely bare, and she must be monitored closely to prevent life-threatening intestinal blockages. • Manners: She needs continuous training on a leash and handles transitions with high excitement. She has a vibrant spirit but requires a patient, experienced owner who can provide a quiet, highly structured environment.
