Story
Hello- my name is Bonnie! I appear to be a Boston terrier possibly mixed with chihuahua (best guess) estimated at 2.5-3 years old and last weighing in at around 11 lbs. The nice people here at Guardians rescued me from the county shelter. I had been confiscated from a backyard breeding situation along with a bunch of other dogs. I had never really interacted with people or even the outside world before- so I was extremely shy and scared. I’ve been here at Guardians for awhile working on my socialization skills and such. I am doing much better and have even started learning to walk on leash. I am friendly with other dogs; in fact, another social and friendly dog will help me continue to learn and grow in my own right! I’m a really good girl…just need someone willing to be patient and continue working with me like the people here at the rescue have.My $350 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, spay, deworming and preventatives while in our care, heartworm test (negative) and microchip.If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt.If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog.
