Story
*** Local adoption only: Jameson needs to be adopted by a family in the Central Florida region (Orlando area) who will commit to taking him to his follow-up vetting appointments for remaining vaccines. These appointments have already been scheduled and their cost is covered in the adoption donation.*** Hi, I’m Jameson! I'm a 4-year-old pug who weighs 31 lbs. I'm not asking for much: just someone who will love me forever and let me sit next to them while we watch all their favorite shows. Favorite Things: This easy going boy loves to lie down beside his people and just watch TV. He also likes a short walk outside but nothing too strenuous. He can be a bit of a picky eater, preferring soft dog food over the kibble. After a long day of lounging, he sleeps well at night in bed with his human. He even has the cutest little snore! Training & Manners: Jameson is a gentleman! He is house-trained if let out frequently, walks well on a leash, loves car rides, and generally has good basic manners.   Health & Care: Jameson is a healthy boy! He is neutered and microchipped, and he will just need a family in the central Florida region who will commit to taking him to getting his booster vaccinations for this year. These have already been scheduled at PPR's vetting partner and their cost is covered by his adoption donation.  Other Animals: This playful pug gets along well with the other calm, small dogs in his foster home. He's even good with cats! Children: Gentle Jameson is good with kids of all ages. Ideal Home: As long as you've got a comfy spot on the couch next to you and a heart full of love, Jameson doesn't care whether you live in an apartment, condo, or single-family home.  Overall: Does Jameson sound like your jam? Are you a family in the central Florida region (Orlando area)? If so, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to fill out an adoption or foster application. If it seems like a good match, our team will reach out with more information. His adoption donation is $550 ##2775367##

Story
***Bonded – Lily and Rita are bonded and must be adopted together.*** Meet Lily and Rita! Hi, we're Lily and Rita. We're just two tiny girls trying to make our way in the big, wide world and find the family who will love us forever. Rita– I’m an 8-lb Pug-Chihuahua blend and I'm 1 year young.  I'm a cuddly, clever, and kissy girl who loves being near my person, learning new tricks, and hanging out with best friend Lily!  Lily – I’m a 1-year-old Jack Russell blend who weighs just 6 lb. I am a gentle, shy, snuggly, and smart girl who wants nothing more than to be loved by my humans and to stay close by the side of my best friend, Rita. Favorite Things: Both girls love to be held by their humans, which is easy since they are so tiny. Lilly even loves to sleep in her dog bed on the human bed! 24/7, they love to snuggle and cuddle right up to their human!  Training & Manners: Both Lily and Rita are smart cookies who are eager to learn and who are housetrained if let out frequently and have even picked up a few tricks. Rita will even sit for treats now! They both walk well on a leash and are well-behaved little passengers on car rides.  Health & Care: This healthy pair are up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. They just need their monthly flea and heartworm preventatives, like any dog. These low-maintenance gals won't even require much elaborate grooming.  Other Animals: Lily and Rita both do well with other calm dogs of all shapes and sizes. They haven't been observed around cats yet, but her foster thinks she'd get along with them, too.  Children: These two sweethearts have not been observed around children yet.  Ideal Home: Equally at home downtown or down on the farm, these two would do well in an apartment, condo, or single-family home. Overall: Lily's and Rita's foster thinks they'd be a great blessing for any family with a heart big enough to take them both. If you’re looking for some cuddly cuties who make wonderful companions, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to fill out an adoption application. If it seems like it could be a good match, their foster family will reach out with more information. The adoption donation for the pair is $750. ##2726957##
