Skye absolutely LOVES going for rides and makes the perfect co-pilot! She especially enjoys trips to Tractor Supply and Lowe’s, where she is perfectly behaved walking through the stores on her leash. She’s ready to go wherever her people are going! A Few of Skye’s Favorite Things: Going on car rides Shopping trips to Tractor Supply & Lowe’s Lying in bed watching TV with her people Spending time with her family Hanging out with other dogs Getting along with cats Meeting new people Skye is friendly with people, good with children, dogs, and cats, and she walks nicely on a leash and is potty trained. Hello folks: My name is Bre and I am a 10 year old, purebred, blue Boston Terrier. Let me tell you a little secret about myself. When you pick me up and hold me, and love me up, I’ll melt right into your arms. I guess I’m not your typical Boston Terrier I’m very quiet, calm and snuggly. When I first came here to Golden Paws, with my friend Priscilla, I was not in very good shape. I was severely underweight and, quite frankly, I looked terrible. But the nice people here gave me good food to get my weight up, any medicines that I needed at the time, and I feel much better now. But the fact that life gave me some bad breaks is not who I am. I’m looking forward now. I have a lot of life, and a lot of love, left in me and I have no intention of letting the past weigh me down. I love people, I need people and I believe there is someone out there who needs me.. The folks here describe me as being super sweet and super friendly with everyone I meet, which is true. I don’t mind the other dogs here, and even the office cat doesn’t bother me. I have been spayed and have had all my shots and I am ready for my forever home. So, are you the type of hooman I need? Someone who can provide me with a calm and loving home in which to spend the rest of my life? Someone who understands what my purpose in life is; to love someone, to be their shadow, and to melt into their arms? If that’s you, fill out an application and come down to meet me here in Joplin.
