Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Calling all Chug lovers! Sophia just returned from getting spayed and is officially ready to find her forever home. Sophia is a Pug–Chihuahua mix (at least that’s our best guess!). She’s under a year old and under 20 pounds, making her the perfect size for snuggling up on cold winter days and heading out on adventures all across Montana when warmer weather arrives. She’s doing well on a leash and appears to be house trained. Sophia loves all people. She can be a bit timid at first, but once she knows you’re safe, she’ll love you forever. She’s great with other dogs and does well with cats and kids too.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 16, 2026, 5:21 pm

Story
Meet Grandpa Skittles!Don’t let the name (or his age) fool you — Grandpa Skittles still has plenty of pep in his step! This sweet, goofy little guy is full of energy and personality. He may be a bit wary when first meeting new people, but he warms up quickly and soon shows off his affectionate, silly side.Grandpa Skittles has microphthalmia in his left eye, which means the eye is nonfunctional and he cannot see out of it. But that doesn’t slow him down one bit — he’s alert, curious, and doesn’t let anything get past him! He navigates the world just fine and is always ready to join in on whatever’s going on around him. His right eye shows typical signs of aging but otherwise works well.If you’re looking for a charming companion with a youthful spirit and a heart of gold, Grandpa Skittles might just be your perfect match.
