Hi there! I’m Lucy — a lovable ham with a heart full of sunshine! I’m just one of those dogs who’s happy to be with you, no matter what we’re doing. Whether we’re going for a short walk, playing a little, or just curling up on the couch, I’m content as long as I’ve got you by my side! I came to the shelter after my previous owner’s health declined, and I’ve been here for a bit now without much interest. I don’t really understand why — I adore people and have so much love left to give! I’d prefer not to share my home with other animals, though. I want to be your one and only — and honestly, I’m all you’ll ever need! I’m gentle and sweet with children and would absolutely love a home with some kids to dote on me. I don’t need much to be happy — a short walk, a cozy bed, and someone to love are all this senior girl’s heart desires. Please don’t let me spend my golden years in the shelter.
