Belle is looking for a loving home! Female | 15 lbs | Chihuahua Mix Belle is a VERY sweet, calm, and affectionate little girl who loves being close to her people. She’s a wonderful companion with a gentle, loving personality. ✨ Personality & Traits *Exceptionally sweet and loving *Calm, chill, and happy to relax with you *Loves snuggles, belly rubs, kisses, and being under blankets *Wags her tail so fast when you come home! *Gets occasional happy zoomies *Likes to stay near her people 🏡 Home & Social Skills *Previously lived with kids *Gets along well with cats *Have gotten along great in the past with other dogs in the household, although I would need to meet them first to decide! *Potty trained and leash trained *Uses puppy pads reliably (especially by the door) *Social eater (expected to become more independent as she settles in) 🎓 Training & Behavior *Very smart and listens well to verbal commands *Whines a bit when left alone but settles quickly *Has a “big girl bark” but only uses it to alert—does not bark often 🚶‍♀️ Outdoor Notes *Hesitant going through the main door, but once outside she walks great on leash and loves to sniff and explore 💗 Overall: Belle is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet—an affectionate, loyal, and loving companion who will happily snuggle up and shower you with kisses. Come meet me at High Country Humane, located at 11665 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Our shelter is open Thursday–Tuesday, 11 am–5 pm, and closed on Wednesdays. Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped (we register it for free!). Each adoption also includes a free health exam. Please bring a leash and collar with you or plan to purchase them here. We can’t wait to help you meet your new furry friend!
