Story
Rescued by a severe neglect case. When we took him in he was weighing 10 lbs at 3yrs old. We started his recovery immediately slow and steady. We had exams, but, radiographs and Ultrasound. The images were inconclusive bc he was so emaciated. We went on with the recovery blindly not knowing if he had a foreign object causing the weight loss even though he was ravenous. We treated his weight gain in a natural approach with cooked meals, tinctures, supportive herbals and guidance from our veterinarians. All our persistence, knowledge and care we had a breakthrough on Thanksgiving morning. Moose pooped out a mango seed. After that he gained more weight to what he is now and his stools are normal. This little guys story is one we will never forget. He deserves the best home any dog can wish for.

Story
   Kirstie has been at the rescue way too long, most of her young life. She arrived as a puppy, and is now 2 yeards old. She is a French Bulldog, now about 18 pounds. Kirstie didn’t always behave well with the other dogs, but is maturing nicely and this behavior has improved a great deal.  For now, it would still be best for her to be the only dog in her new home, but, hopefully, this will change with more time.             Kirstie loves to be with people and is super fun and delightful to be with. She is energetic, silly and playful, but also cuddly and affectionate. She walks nicely on a leash and loves romping in the yard. Kirstie sure deserves a chance to experience life in a loving, stable home, where we believe she will thrive. If you believe you are the person for Kirstie, please put in an application today. Logan is a 30 lb 3-4 year old, male, French Bulldog. He is super sweet, affectionate, and friendly. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. Logan was surrendered to the rescue because his owner didnt have time for him. He does suffer from skin allergies which is typical of the breed. Logan is a big mush that enjoys hanging out with his people, snoozing, and a good meal! He is a big couch potato.
