Meet Peggy! Peggy is a 4-month-old mixed breed puppy who weighs about 15 pounds and is expected to grow into a medium-sized adult (approximately 35–45 lbs). We suspect she has some beagle and terrier heritage. Her foster describes her as a “spicy little sweetheart.” She may be shy at first, but she warms up quickly and becomes a loving, affectionate companion. Based on Peggy’s appearance, her littermates, and her 47-lb mother, she appears to be a terrier or bully-type mix, possibly with some hound influence. Breed is a best guess. Peggy adores children, does great with cats and large dogs, and is fearless, friendly, and curious. She loves being close to her people and is the perfect lap puppy when playtime is over. Peggy is looking for a home ready to continue puppy training and give her a lifetime of love. If you’re searching for a sweet, kid-loving pup who will grow into a perfectly sized family companion, Peggy may be your perfect match. All of our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee for all dogs/pups: $225. Our dogs are in foster homes across the KC metro.
