Story
Hello! I’m Wendy, and I'm a medium-sized Hound mix looking for a family who will play and snuggle with me. I came to MBR at the end of February after being in a shelter in Southern Ohio. I’m glad they saved me when they did, because I was incredibly weak, frail, and heavily pregnant. One week later, I gave birth to 4 puppies! I’m very well behaved – I am house trained, crate trained, walk well on a leash, and get along with other dogs and kids. The only thing I need to work on is a bit of resource guarding. A fun fact about me, I only have 3 paws! Since I’m missing a paw from my back leg, I can only go on short walks. Other things I love: cuddles, car rides, peanut butter treats, and cuddles… Did I mention I love cuddles? Overall, I am a happy girl, and will surely fall in love with you when we meet! All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 1-2 years Adoption fee: $400

Story
Hiya! I’m Curly, and I’m the eldest of Wendy’s four puppies. My mom is most likely a Beagle mix, but we don't know who dad is. Though my mom is on the smaller side at 45 pounds, it seems most likely I will be a medium to large dog when full grown. I was born in the rescue in early March 2024, and I’m now ready to find my forever family! I need a family who will take me on adventures. Since I’m still a puppy, I’m still working on being house trained, crate trained, and walking on a leash. I get along with other dogs and kids. I’m feisty and rambunctious and need a high-energy family to match my spirit. I may be small now, but soon enough I will be big and strong. NOTE: These photos are all of Curly. Different cameras and different light. He is reddish with tan. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Howdy! I’m Tootles, the youngest of Wendy’s four puppies. We were born in the rescue in early March 2024. My mom is most likely a Beagle mix, but we don't know who dad is.
