Hello, my name is Kempy, and I’m so happy you stopped to read my story. I’m a lovely lady around 6 years old and about 60 pounds, with wiry gray and tan fur and an adorable face that I’ve been told is hard to forget. I have a gentle, soulful look and a calm presence that makes people feel comfortable right away. I truly love people and enjoy meeting new friends. Going for walks is one of my favorite things, especially when I get to stroll at a relaxed pace and take in all the sights and smells. I’m happiest when I can spend quality time with my humans and soak up all the attention. I’ve also had a leg amputation, but I don’t let that slow me down—I still enjoy my walks and daily life, just at my own comfortable pace. When it comes to other dogs, I prefer my own space or the company of very gentle, respectful dog friends. A calm home where I can feel safe and understood would be perfect for me. What I’m really looking for now is a kind, patient family who will give me the love and stability I’ve been searching for. I have so much affection to give and would love nothing more than to be your loyal companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle soul to share your life with, I might just be your girl.
