Meet Tobin Tobin is a young-at-heart 12-year-old Pomapoo who is an absolute joy to be around. He’s very friendly, affectionate, and a true snuggler who loves being close to his person. While he enjoys companionship and does well with other dogs, Tobin really shines when he has a special person to call his own and would do best in a home where people are home more often than not. He has excellent house manners and is crate trained, though he doesn’t need to be crated thanks to his calm, trustworthy nature. Tobin would love to be with you as much as possible but can also settle on his own when needed. Tobin is not interested in being around children and would do best in a quiet, adult home where he can soak up attention and companionship. Story
We rescued Oakley 5.5 years ago. He is generally speaking a good dog with a few quirks. He snaps at dogs and usually calms down but our neighbors have a new dog and for some reason Oakley does not like him. He has attacked their dog two different times - both times we were able to break it up. Thankfully our neighbors were great and understanding that he is a rescue with a few issues. I think he needs to be in a home with someone who is working from home or retired - without other pets and plenty of time to be with him. He seems to have some separation anxiety but is great most of the time.
