Vought is a 4-year-old Terrier mix weighing approximately 35 pounds. This sweet mama has already done the hardest job of all—raising ten puppies after being found as a stray in California. Now that her puppies are growing up, it's finally Vought's turn to be cared for and loved. Despite her difficult past, Vought has a gentle, affectionate nature. All dogs are fostered in a foster home where they are treated like family - practicing socialization skills.After submitting an application, our team will contact you within 24 hours. The adoption process includes an interview, home check, and meet-and-greet. All household dogs must attend the meet-and-greet. Renters must provide proof that dogs are permitted by their lease, and adopters are required to complete a training course with a certified positive reinforcement trainer.We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
