Mia the Kitty is around 16 or 17 years old, but her vet thinks she probably has a few good years left in her, as she still has a at least a little spunk. She's a tuxedo black and white kitty with mixed pink and black toe beans (so cute!). We have to get rid of her because my husband has developed allergies and I have a number of difficult health issues that cause fatigue and pain, making continuing to care for her near impossible. She's a great cat and deserves better care than we can currently give. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body! She does have a number of typical senior cat health issues (mild chronic kidney disease, arthritis, hyperthyroidism, chronic constipation) but they are all pretty well managed with her medication regiment. She is on quite a few meds but is such a trooper about her meds and medical stuff. She's always been a really happy-go-lucky cat and pretty docile and go-with-the-flow. She's a beautiful, sociable, smart cat and enjoys being around people.

Meet this stunning 3-year-old silver Siberian mix, a cat who somehow manages to be as friendly as he is gorgeous. With his plush coat and movie-star looks, you might expect him to be aloof. Not a chance. This guy is a full-contact snuggler. He loves curling up in laps, being carried around, wrapping his paws around his people for hugs, and occasionally climbing onto shoulders for what we can only assume is a supervisory role. Affection is his love language, and he gives it freely. He lived with other cats in a previous foster home and generally did well, though he sometimes found himself in little disagreements with female cats, likely due to a slight misunderstanding of personal space. We think he could absolutely thrive in a home with another cat, especially a male companion, given a proper, slow introduction. His history with dogs is unknown. He would do well with respectful kids who appreciate a cuddly, interactive cat. This handsome boy has already overcome more than his fair share. He was found outside with a chemical or electrical burn to his nose and mouth, but after healing beautifully, he’s healthy, comfortable, and more than ready to close that chapter for good.
