Mowgli is a great cat! He’s 8 years old and an outgoing cat who loves to play. He’s been around dogs so much that he thinks he’s one. We are rehoming Mowgli because our grandmother is coming to live with us for hospice care; due to her limited lung capacity and oxygen use, we cannot have a cat in the home because of hair, dander, and litter box odors. Snowball is a pretty independent lady. She's described as mellow and tends to keep to herself, so she doesn't need to be the center of attention every minute of the day. She'd be a great match for someone who appreciates having a feline companion nearby without necessarily having a cat permanently attached to their lap. And while Snowball isn't a huge fan of being picked up and held, she'll tolerate it. She'd simply prefer that affection happen on her terms—which is a perfectly reasonable request from a cat. 😸 Give her the choice to come to you, enjoy her company, and let her decide when she's ready for attention.
