Story
We acquired Malahki aka Mucky from a private individual who could no longer take care of him. Mucky was 4 years old. He is the sweetest little boy. He is now 7 years old. He is the only cat in our home but we do have a dog that visits. They ignore each other. He loves to play and loves his catnip in the evenings. Currently eating Fancy Feast pate canned food. No dry food. My husband died May 1 and I don't have the emotional bandwidth to continue to work all day and worry about the cat home alone. Mucky will need to be tested for diabetes. I was unable to do that since my husband was sick for six months, in and out of the hospital, and then four weeks at home with me providing his hospice care while still working. The cat is the most lovable and devoted to his family and he loves guests. I would love to see him go to a home where he isn't left alone all day and has someone who can get him to his vet visits.
