Story
My mom passed away last year and left behind her cat Smudge. She is 14 years old and generally in good health.My family already has too many pets already and we can't care for her.Smudge is a 14-year-old ragdoll (adopted as a stray kitten) and in good health with some arthritis and requires pet stairs. She is current on her vaccinations. She grew up around other cats, but prefers to be the "diva" in that she likes to be the center of attention. She likes to flop on the floor, roll on her back and chirp/talk to you. Mealtimes are her favorite activity. She can be slow to warm up to other humans, but with patience (and her favorite treats) she will come out of her shell! We are trying to find her a home in Western North Carolina or Northern California. The fee collected for her adoption will be a donation to Laps and Naps for Senior Cats Rescue in Asheville, NC (https://lapsandnaps.org/)
